COVID‐19 UPDATE FROM GOUGH TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS

Gough Transport Solutions and our trading brand Gough Industrial Solutions are closely monitoring the global outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID‐19) in what is a constantly changing environment.
With Sundays advancement to STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS, and a further elevation to a State of Disaster, we will focus on setting best practices in place to maintain essential services. Our COVID Safe Plan has been updated and further accentuates our current strict workplace protocol that helps protect our workers, customers, and visitors; and to prepare for a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our workplace. Furthermore, through risk mitigation strategies, shift work (rosters) and our working from home policy we have further reduced our onsite capacity by more than the required one third.
As critical providers to Australia’s Transportation, Materials Handling and Industrial sectors, our businesses are categorised as Essential Services. This situation is fluid and can change if virus containment is not achieved. If something changes, we will update you. Right now, our focus is to support our customer base and to keep essential goods moving through the availability of essential parts and equipment.

Outside of Metropolitan Melbourne, our Branch network in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide will operate under normal conditions, with strict COVID-19 strategies in place.
